Who I am & my training
Wizard108 is a practice rooted in classical Hatha yoga, Qigong, somatic awareness, and visual storytelling. Through a continuous practice and over 700+ hours of certified academic, lineage, and applied training**, Wizard108 draws from traditional systems of breath, posture, rhythm, and mental focus to support long-term nervous system balance.
The approach is grounded in anatomy, classical yogic frameworks, and meditative immersion. Emphasis is placed on direct experience and breath-led awareness, not commercialized trends. Rather than focusing only on physical movement, Wizard108 restores yoga as a full system of attention, alignment, and internal listening. Sessions may include visual tools, live sound, or rhythm to support focus, depending on the space and the student. The intention is always to meet the individual where they are, with respect for the original depth of the practice.
In addition to movement work, Wizard108 includes visual art and writing as extensions of the same awareness. Wizard108 sessions are shared privately and in group settings across California and Nevada, with occasional public offerings throughout the Western United States. The work is intended for those seeking a practice that is grounded, personal, and centered on long-term coherence.

• 300-hour Advanced Yoga Certification; MiraCosta College, 2023. Conducted under Professor S. McCarthy, E-RYT500, YACEP and Doris Lu-Anderson, Ph.D., E-RYT, graduating with honors.
• 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Certification; MiraCosta College, 2021. I studied kinesiology and movement science, earning a Certificate of Proficiency.
• 220-hour Kundalini Yoga Certification; Kundalini Research Institute, 2020. Trained under Sat-Kaur Khalsa and GuruMeher Khalsa.
• Everyday Chinese Medicine Certification; The University of Hong Kong, 2023. Skills acquired include TCM and its practical application.
• Improving Immunity with Traditional Eastern Exercises Certification; Shanghai Jiao Tong University, 2023. Studied traditional Eastern exercises such as Zhan Zhuang and Daoyin.
• Environmental Design - Combined BA+ MA; Institute of Modern Arts (ISI), 2009. Major: Architectural Design; Minor Graphic Design;










What makes my approach unique & effective
Many avoid yoga because they think they aren’t ready: not flexible enough, not advanced enough, not the “type.” But yoga is not performance or perfect poses. It is a system of presence, a way of tuning into awareness, in real time. The practice is about returning to sensation and inner timing. The process itself - the path - is more important than reaching any end. The breath is the anchor and the movement is the messenger.
You are welcome exactly as you are. And if you think breath won’t make you sweat, you might be surprised. Those who come to calm down, calm down. Those who need to move, move. It’s not the pace that challenges, it’s the attention, as each practice is unique. This is the heart of Wizard108 - to return each person to their own inner clarity, one breath at a time.
